Before your order goes into production, we will send you an email going over the information that you have sent us, regarding sizes, cabinet doors, drawer fronts and Custom Door documentation. if any changes are to be made this is the time before production starts. After you send us back confirmation of the order then we will proceed with payment and manufacturing
Due to the fact that our Custom Doors are all custom orders and if you have approved the order and payment has been sent, we cannot issue a refund if manufacturing has started. On our MDF doors and drawers if they are a standard design we can issue a refund for all but the set up fee
